Troy Perry, a leader of the DCCC or Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee in Washington DC, gave advice to those who would have to deal with #BlackLivesMatter (BLM) in a secret memo released by the DNC leaker today.

Troy Perry disappeared from Twitter, but he used to have an account.

The November 2015 memo calls BLM a “radical” group. Bullet point suggestions are made for those running for Congress when “approached” by BLM:

  • Listen to their concerns
  • Don’t offer support for concrete policy positions
  • Frontline district staff should meet with activists

Meetings should be in “personal or small groups.”

Finally, this is a top secret document, bolded in original:

This document should not be emailed or handed to anyone outside of the building. Please only give campaign staff these best practices in meetings or over the phone.
